Q: Do I have to pay with Paypal or can I use my credit card?
A: We accept all major credit cards. At checkout you can either pay with your paypal account OR just bypass paypal and pay quickly with your credit card. Look for the link that says: "pay using my credit card" at checkout.

Q: With so many other iPhone skins on the market, what sets THINS apart from the rest?
A: Of course we are biased, but we think THINS is the best iPhone skin in the world. Here's why:

  1. We cover (and protect) more surface area than any other decorative skin we've come across.
  2. THINS are made with patented 3M material that feature "vent lines" underneath that allow you to have the perfect fit, every time. We coat the skin with a special transparent coating and "seal" the edges so they don't peel up. Brilliant? We think so.
  3. Our warranty program and customer service is second to none.
  4. Our philosophy with our designs is to create the most current, cutting edge and aesthetic designs in the market. You decide for yourself.

Q:How hard/easy is it to install my new set of THINS iPhone skins? A:Very easy. In fact we use a premium 3M material that allows you to re-apply until you get the perfect fit. The patented material has "vent lines" underneath to allow any air bubbles to gently be smoothed and pushed outside the edges. Q: What are your shipping rates and options?
A: FREE SHIPPING. Our default shipping option is standard First Class USPS. Orders should arrive 3-7 days depending on where you live. This option is included at no cost. We also have Priority USPS which will expedite shipping to about 2-3 business days. This option runs $5.45.

Q: Do you offer a same day pick-up option?
A: For customers close to our corporate office in Draper, Utah we do indeed. Just choose the "instore pickup" option at checkout and bring your receipt. Our pickup hours are M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.

Q: I'd like to know more about reselling products from MING Brands. What do I do?
A: Visit our contact us page for links and a convenient submit form. We'll be in touch.

Q: What kind of warranty do you provide?
A: All MING products carry a 90 day hassle free warranty . We warranty our skins, cases and screen protectors against any manufacture defect. We also offer a 30 day return policy (see below)

Q: If I have a warranty issue what do I do?
A: Visit our contact us page and let us know what is wrong along with when/where you purchased it. Once approved, we'll kick you back a return authorization number and get you sent out a new product-FREE. If you have an issue not covered under our warranty (dropped your phone, mis-applied your THINS iPhone skin, or done anything that would void the warranty) contact us and send us a picture. We'll probably send you a discount code for a great deal on a new one.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will gladly refund any unopened product within 30 days of purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. Simply send us the unopened product along with a copy of your receipt and we'll issue the refund.

Q: I'd like to buy mass quantities of THINS iPhone skins with my company/business logo on them. Can you do this?
A: Absolutely. THINS are great corporate incentive, tradeshow gift and excellent marketing schwag. Contact us (contact page) and we'll get the process started.

Q: What other models besides iPhone do you guys carry or plan to carry?
A: Keep checking back because we will add new models often. We currently carry products for the iPhone, Motorola Droid, myTouch 3G, Blackberry Curve and Storm, iPod Touch and more.
